By the Honey Peak Gelatin Editorial Desk · Last updated September 22, 2026 · how we check facts

Two desks, and they do different jobs. Using the wrong one is the most common reason a question takes three days instead of three minutes.

For anything about an order — tracking, changes, cancellations, returns — call +1 (302) 200-3480. For anything about these pages — a correction, a source, a privacy question — email [email protected], Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm ET. The site email cannot see orders.

Order desk

+1 (302) 200-3480

This is the number that can see your order. Have the order ID from your confirmation email ready; it is the first thing you will be asked for, the call is short with it and long without it, and it is one of the three things a return parcel must contain.

  • Order status and tracking
  • Changing an address before dispatch
  • Cancelling before dispatch
  • Returns, return authorisation and refund status
  • Anything about the return window, which this site cannot answer
  • Damaged or leaking bottles and broken safety seals
  • A dropper with no measurement markings
  • Questions about the certificate of analysis or the testing laboratory

If you are reporting a reaction to the product, tell them, and get medical help first if it is serious. Keep the bottle: the lot number and the panel are on it.

Site desk

[email protected] · Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm ET

This desk writes and maintains the pages you are reading. It has no access to the order system, cannot look up a parcel and cannot authorise a refund. What it can do:

  • Correct an error on any page, with a note saying what changed
  • Tell you where a fact came from, and send you the source
  • Take a photograph of your label if it differs from our transcription — your bottle beats our page
  • Answer privacy and data questions
  • Handle press and partnership enquiries

The correction we most want

If your bottle's Supplement Facts panel says anything different from our transcription, send a photograph. This matters more on this product than on most: the images supplied to this desk are product renders rather than studio photographs, and several words in the rendered panel are misspelled. We transcribed the intended words. A real photograph would settle it.

Addresses

Office

160 Varick Street, Floor 9, New York, NY 10013, USA

Returns

40 West 57th Street, Floor 20, New York, NY 10019, USA — but call the order desk first, and put your full name, email address and order ID inside the parcel. A return without them is one nobody can match to a refund.

Neither address is a shop, a clinic or a collection point, and neither accepts walk-in visitors. Post nothing to the office address; returns go to the returns address, and only after a call.

What are the site desk's hours?

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time. No hours were supplied for the order desk, so none are printed here; the phone is the faster route in every case.

Is there a live chat?

Nothing supplied mentions one. If one appears on the checkout, it belongs to the marketplace rather than to this site.

Can I email about an order?

You can, but the site email cannot see orders, so it will only be able to tell you to call. Save yourself a day and call.

Do you answer medical questions?

No. Nobody here is qualified to. For anything medical, the person to ask is a clinician with your bottle in front of them — and on this product, that is a conversation worth having before the first dose rather than after.

How to make the call short

Order desks are quick when they have what they need and slow when they do not. Four things in front of you before you dial turns most calls into two minutes.

  1. The order ID

From the confirmation email. Not the tracking number, not the date, not your card's last four digits — the order ID is the key that opens everything else, and it is also one of the three things a return parcel must contain.

  2. The lot number from the bottle

Only relevant if the call is about the product rather than the parcel, but it costs nothing to have it and saves a second call.

  3. What you actually want to happen

Replacement, refund, address change, information. Deciding before you dial is the single biggest time saver, and it stops a call turning into a conversation.

  4. A written note of what was agreed

Date, name, what was said. Not because anyone is trying to mislead you, but because memory of a phone call three weeks ago is not evidence and a note is.

What this desk will never ask you for

Supplement buyers are a target for follow-up scams, usually a call a week or two after an order claiming to be from the seller. The pattern is consistent enough to be worth naming.

We will never ask for these

Your full card number. Your card's security code. Your online banking login. A payment by gift card, wire transfer or cryptocurrency. Remote access to your computer. A “refund processing fee” paid up front.

If you receive a call asking for any of those, hang up and dial +1 (302) 200-3480 yourself from this page rather than calling back a number you were given. A caller ID can be spoofed; a number you look up cannot.

The same applies to email. This site's desk emails from [email protected] and will never ask you to confirm payment details by reply. Anything claiming a problem with your order that wants card details to resolve it is a scam, regardless of how convincing the branding is.

What we do with what you send us

Short, because there is not much to it, and because a contact page that does not say this is leaving out the part that concerns you.

  • An email to the site desk is read by the people who write these pages. It is used to answer you and, if it contains a correction, to fix the page.
  • A correction gets attributed in general terms — “a reader pointed out” — and never by name unless you ask for that.
  • A photograph of your label is used to check our transcription and then kept only as long as that takes. On this product we particularly want those, because the images supplied to us are renders.
  • A phone call to the order desk is handled under the seller's own policy, not this site's, because the order system is theirs.
  • Nothing you send either desk is sold, shared with advertisers or used to target you anywhere else. The privacy policy is the long version of that sentence.

What a good correction email looks like

We would rather have corrections than compliments, so here is what makes one easy to act on. None of it is a requirement — send it however you like — but these four things turn a fix into a same-day job.

  1. The page. A URL or the page title. “Your ingredients page” is enough.
  2. The sentence. Copy and paste the line you think is wrong, so we are both looking at the same words.
  3. What it should say, if you know. Even a rough version helps.
  4. Where you got that, if it is a factual correction. A photograph of your bottle settles almost every label question in one message, and on this product it is the single most valuable thing a reader can send us.

What happens next: the page changes, the Last updated date moves, and you get a reply saying what we did. If we disagree, you get a reply explaining why, which is a less satisfying outcome but a more honest one than silence.
